Terms & Conditions

  • PG Student must submit letter from HOD & photocopy of MCI Registration Certificate along with registration form.
  • For any kind of participation i.e. Academic Sessions / Workshops / Poster & Paper presentation, Registration for conference is Compulsory.
  • Children above 5 years of age have to be registered as accompanying person and entry conference hall is not allowed.
  • Registration receipt will be sent by Email on registered email address.
  • Spot registration is strictly by Cash. No cheque/DD/Credit Card will be accepted.
  • Registration fees includes participation in scientific session, printed material of conference, access to exhibition area, invitation to Inauguration & Banquet, Lunch and Tea / Coffee as indicated in programme.
  • The accompanying person will not be entitled for Certificate and Kit.
  • Accompanying persons (spouse & children) are not allowed inside the scientific sessions.
  • Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student
  • Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat
  • Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
  • Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings
  • The above amount is refundable in case of cancellation of the conference. However it will be adjusted against the conference fee on accomplishment of the conference.This is a provisional registration and shall be confirmed on finalization of the conference event not before 3months prior to scheduled conference date. In case of refund of provisional advance money, the same shall be subject to rules and regulation, cancellation policy and deduction of administrative charges.
  • For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website www.nescon2023.in and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.
  • All legal disputes shall be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction.
